Fees, refunds,
and guarantees.
TalentHub Recruitment operates on a performance-aligned fee structure. Our refund and credit policy is designed to reflect the effort invested and the outcomes delivered across each service module.
01 · General Principle
Because recruitment services involve significant upfront labor — sourcing, screening, coordination, and reporting — fees are generally non-refundable once work has commenced. However, we offer structured credits and replacement guarantees where applicable.
02 · Per-Service Refund Terms
- S/01 Full Recruitment Cycle ($3,500/hire) — Fee is due only upon successful hire. No charge if no placement is made. 90-day replacement guarantee applies.
- S/02 Executive Search ($8,000/placement) — A non-refundable retainer of $2,000 is due at engagement start. Remaining $6,000 due upon placement. 90-day replacement guarantee applies.
- S/03 Bulk Hiring Campaign ($15,000/campaign) — 30% ($4,500) due at kickoff, non-refundable. If fewer than 50% of roles are filled, a pro-rated credit is issued for future campaigns.
- S/04 Contingent Recruitment (20% of salary) — Fees due only upon confirmed hire. No placement, no fee. No retainer required.
03 · Cancellation
Clients may cancel an active engagement with 14 days written notice. Work completed up to the cancellation date will be invoiced at a pro-rated rate based on milestones reached. Any retainer paid is non-refundable upon cancellation.
04 · Disputes
If you believe a fee has been charged in error, contact us within 30 days of the invoice date. We will review and respond within 10 business days. Disputed amounts should not be withheld pending resolution — a credit note will be issued if the dispute is upheld.
Please include your invoice number and engagement details when reaching out.
